Delivery

Standard UK Delivery is currently £3.95 whatever your order and orders are generally sent Royal Mail 48 hr tracked.

Orders will generally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. For next day delivery by 1pm, you must order before midday. Next day requests placed on a Friday will arrive on Monday unless Saturday post is paid for. Orders placed on the weekend or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

During the Christmas period or periods of snow and bad weather we cannot guarantee any delivery dates whether Royal Mail or by a courier as we are not offered this service to pass on to you.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

When ordering products from Plum & Ivory Ltd for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are still working on how to deal with sale to Europe ref new VAT rules.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

To check on availability, please email info@plumandivory.co.uk or telephone us on 020 8392 0632. Unfortunately we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If your order is out of stock you will be informed straightaway and can cancel your order at any time before dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.

BESPOKE ORDERS

Due to the nature of bespoke orders/ personalisation, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. Bespoke goods are any goods specifically personalised and/or tailored to your specifications including ordering colours of your choice which are not stock items. Bespoke goods which are delivered as described and are fit for purpose may not be refunded.

Any offers/ discounts/ sales/ promotions do not include bespoke items unless expressly stated

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Plum & Ivory Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just contact us within 14 days of delivery and return it to us within 21 days, unused, in the condition and packaging it left us in so it can be resold. We don’t accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Bespoke items, headwear, footwear or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You are only liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the item.

We will of course refund faulty goods and also be happy to refund the return postage if the goods are faulty or return is a result of our error, but otherwise we do not pay for return postage.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of the receipt of the returned item.

To make a return, please highlight on the delivery note the item(s) you are not happy with, giving the reason for the return and stating clearly if you would like a replacement or refund. Then wrap the package securely and send it to:

We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. In order to receive a refund, your order receipt/ delivery note must be produced.

LOYALTY POINTS  *Our loyalty scheme is currently on hold (effective 01.09.23) whilst we review it and consider adding an option for giving back to the planet instead*

For every £1.00 spent in our shop a customer will get 1 loyalty point, worth 10p. Loyalty points are redeemable when you have 100 points and valid for 6 months. This is based on your last order date, so every order will extend the validality of the points for this amount. So for example if a customer has 100 points which expire next month but they place an order today it will extend the validity of their first 100 points plus their new points for another 6 months. *
