How to Order
By internet: The easiest way to order is from our website www.plumandivory.co.uk
We accept cheques and the following Credit / Debit Cards through the PayPal eCommerce gateway: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and PayPal CreditCard.
By telephone: Please call our Customer Service Department on 020 8392 0632. Our telephone lines are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
By Post: Send your order to us at Plum & Ivory Ltd, 1 Kings Road, London SW14 8PF stating clearly size, colour preference, delivery address etc
Cheques should be made payable to 'Plum & Ivory Ltd'. Please write your cheque guarantee card number, home address and expiry date on the back of the cheque (please remember to add P&P if appropriate).
Orders will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of payment (although this is usually within 24 hours of receiving payment), but this is all subject to availability. In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you and provide the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates. Our parcels are delivered by Royal Mail for all UK addresses unless you state and pay for courier service. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you have an urgent requirement, please call us on 0208 392 0632 to check availability so we can quote for express delivery on an individual basis. Please note goods will not be dispatched until payment is received and processed.
With "free delivery" days, only goods paid for in full online on those days will benefit from free delivery. The offer is applicable from midnight on the start date to midnight on the end date. Only UK delivery is free. Goods will be sent 2nd class Royal mail.
During the Christmas period or periods of snow and bad weather we cannot guarantee any delivery dates whether Royal Mail or Courier as we are not offered this service to pass on to you.
Stock Availability: To check on availability, telephone us on 020 8392 0632. Unfortunately we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock you will be informed and can cancel your order at any time before dispatch. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Loyalty Points: You can now EARN LOYALTY POINTS with us every time you shop online. For every £1.00 spent online, you will get 1 loyalty point worth 10p as our way of rewarding repeat customers.You need 100 points before you can redeem them but that's £10 when you spend £100.
How to Return or Exchange
At Plum & Ivory Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return it to us unused, in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days and we will replace it or exchange it for something of equivalent price. No cash refunds and the customer must pay for the cost of returning the item and posting the replacement item. We will of course refund faulty goods and also be happy to refund the return postage if the goods are faulty or return is a result of our error, but otherwise we do not pay for return postage. NB headwear (inc eye masks and hats) and footwear (inc socks and slippers) are not returnable/ refundable unless faulty for hygiene reasons.All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of cancellation notification via email fromthe customer
To make a return, please highlight on the delivery note the item(s) you are not happy with, giving the reason for the return and stating clearly if you would like a replacement or refund. Then wrap the package securely and send it to: Plum & Ivory Ltd, 1 Kings Road, London SW14 8PF. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. In order to exchange an item, a receipt/ your delivery note must be produced.
With SALE items, we will offer you a credit note if you choose to return your purchase.
Gift Wrapping: If gift wrapping is requested, where possible, your goods will be presented in a smart white gift bag with Plum & Ivory ribbon (currently free of charge). This makes your purchase ideal for presents. Please specify if you would like gift wrapping at checkout and where possible (the size and shape of some products and orders may prohibit this) we will try to accommodate.
Feedback: We welcome comments on any aspect of our service and product range and would be pleased to hear your views on how we are getting on.
Trade Description Act: Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press but slight variations may occur between actual goods and those pictured; uniformity cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.
Privacy & Cookies: We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy or all our customers and visitors.
